USHERS
Responsibilities include:
- Assist guests in finding their seats while assisting with anything else they need while inside the stadium.
- Greet guests as they enter their sections
- Make sure guests have a proper ticket for that section
- Ensure orderly process of ushering fans into and out of their section

RESPONSE TEAM MEMBERS
Responsibilities include:
- Members who receive special training and work with our Game Operations Team when escalated situations arise.
- Handle escalated situations
- Aid in enforcement of all policies and procedures
- Serve as primary liaison between Event Team Members and law enforcement
